At The Atrang, most of our products are made to order. We carefully prepare each order before it is packed and handed over to our shipping partner.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on the product you have ordered:

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary slightly depending on your location, product availability, and the shipping partner.
Your order will be dispatched once it has been prepared and is ready for delivery. You will receive the relevant shipping/tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Made to Order
Many of our products are made specifically for your order. This allows us to give each piece the care and attention it deserves rather than keeping everything mass-produced and ready in stock.
Because of this, please allow the estimated time mentioned above for your product to be prepared and delivered.
Order Cancellation
Since we begin preparing your order after it is placed, orders cannot generally be cancelled once processing has started.
However, if you change your mind, you can contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet entered production or processing, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
Once production or processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging every product so that it reaches you safely.
Rolled Canvas
Unframed canvas is carefully wrapped in protective buble wrap and placed inside sturdy tubes designed to protect the canvas during transit. The package is then securely sealed for shipping.
Framed Products
Framed products require extra care during shipping. Each piece is carefully framed and protected at the corners before being wrapped in multiple protective layers of Bubble wrap. It is then secured with protective thermocol sheets and packed in sturdy shipping boxes to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Plates & Brass Idols
Plates and brass idols are carefully wrapped and cushioned with appropriate protective packaging to prevent movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit. Each package is securely sealed before dispatch.
