Shipping Policy

Packaging of the Artwork:

We take great care to safely and securely package your pieces. The team take utmost care of packaging of the artwork so it doesn’t damage during shipping.

ROLLED ART :
All our unframed arts are carefully wrapped in fine art butter paper to ensure its safety. They are then placed in our branded Kraft tubes and packed securely for shipping.

FRAMED ART:
The art is first printed and then carefully wrapped and framed by our talented frame team. Once framed, all corners of the art are then secured with protective cardboard triangles. After which the art is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, securely covering every square inch of the art. It is then wrapped with a layer of butter paper, corrugated sheets and finally secured tightly in our shipping boxes.

Shipping Time:
An order is processed after 24 hours of its receipt in the system. We ship the package within 2 to 5 business days from the receipt of an order.

All our artworks are made to order!

Delivery Time:
The average time taken for delivery is 4-5 working days. It usually takes 7 days to deliver the order after it is shipped. Although it usually depends on the shipping partner as well as the location.

Cancelling of your order:
We start working on your art only after you make the order. This is to make sure that your art is fresh and special to you. It is because of this that we cannot accept cancellations of your order.

But if you do decide to change your mind. Contact us within 2 hour of your purchase and we will cancel and refund the money back to you.
