Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Bringing art into your home should be a joyful and effortless experience. Below is everything you need to know about when your order will arrive and what to do if something doesn’t go as expected.

Cancellation of your order: 

We start working on your art only after you make the order. This is to ensure your art stays fresh and special to you. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations of your order.
But if you do decide to change your mind. Contact us within 2 hours of your purchase, and we will cancel and refund the money to you.

Note: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Shipping Timelines 

All our artworks are made to order.
Delivery timeline: 8–10 days from the date of order confirmation.

Replacements
Every product is carefully made and packed, but on the rare chance something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Email hello@theatrang.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9343563584
  • Send photos and video within 48 hours of delivery (important)
  • We’ll send you a free replacement of the same item
  • The Atrang shall not be liable for replacement or refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The Atrang will arrange the pickup; however, the customer is requested to pack the product securely in proper packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit and reaches us in good condition.
  • If the product delivered is correct, undamaged, and in good condition, but the customer still requests a replacement, the customer will bear all replacement-related costs, including reverse shipping, forward shipping, pickup, and handling charges. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Atrang reserves the right to reject the replacement request if any damage, usage, tampering, or missing items are found upon inspection.
  • WE CAN TAKE THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST ONLY ONCE PER ORDER.

Returns
The Atrang guarantees customer satisfaction and accepts returns.

In case you face any of these issues, please write to us at hello@theatrang.com and attach pictures/ unboxing videos of the delivered product. The return request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Here’s what you need to do.
For Wall Frames:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The Atrang will acknowledge the return request raised by the customer within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The customer should retain the artwork in exact same condition as it was received.
  • Please note that the responsibility of proper packing and making sure that products reach The Atrang in perfectly good, new condition lies with the customer.
  • The Atrang will arrange the pickup; however, if the pickup is unavailable for any reason, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product after attaching the provided shipping label on the package. [Please Note: The return shipping charges will be deducted from the customer’s order value]

For Decorative Art Plates: We only offer replacements and no refunds on Art Plates, as they are produced in limited batches only after the order and cannot be returned. Just in case you receive a damaged product or the wrong product. We offer a hassle-free replacement in that case.

For Brass Idols: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that differs from what you ordered, you may request a return. The product has not been used or damaged in any way. It is returned in its original packaging, exactly as received. (We proudly offer a hassle-free 7-day, no questions asked return policy)

  • Please note that the responsibility of proper packing of frames, art prints, and brass idols must be intact and not broken, torn, or soiled to reach The Atrang in perfectly good condition lies with the customer.
  • Upon receiving the returned artwork, The Atrang will inspect it for any damage, breakage, or scratches. Refunds will not be applicable if any such damage is found during inspection. Photos/videos of the package opening and inspection may be shared with the customer as proof.
  • Once we receive and check the items (frames, art prints & brass idols), we’ll initiate a refund to the original payment method for the value of the items returned.

We don’t accept returns for:

  1. The Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns. 
  2. Items reported after the 48-hour window 
  3. Damaged goods that are used or manhandled will not be accepted as returns.

Note:-

  • Color Variations: Slight color differences may occur between the product image and the final piece due to monitor settings, lighting, or the printing process. Such variations are normal.
  • Imperfections: Small spots, dust, or smudges on prints are not considered damage. These are natural characteristics of authentic artwork and part of its charm. Art is never perfect, and these marks are not grounds for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of each piece, The Atrang does not accept returns or exchanges for minor imperfections, color variations, or marks inherent in the artwork.
  • Our website dimensions are generally very accurate. However, up to 5% (whichever is higher) of the stated dimensions is not considered a defect.
